ADB President Robert P. Pakola, has a professional degree in Architecture - Bachelors of Architecture from the Institute of Technology, School of Architecture, University of Minnesota. ADB is also a licensed General Contractor in the State of Minnesota for the last 15 years.

ADB, through joint partnerships or independently, has developed, designed, built, renovated and construction managed numerous commercial real estate projects, residential apartment/condominium properties and single-family homes in many parts of the country including Colorado, Minnesota, Texas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, South Dakota.
